Revised Transportation Location Change Form Now Available
(Form Is Only Required If Parents Plan Change in Bus Service)

Hagerstown, MD (December 18, 2008): A recent change to the Washington County Public Schools' (WCPS) transportation policy (EEA) and administrative regulation (EEA-R) is now reflected in a revised Transportation Location Change (TLC) form. The Board of Education, at its December 9, 2008, business meeting, amended the transportation regulation allowing a maximum of two consistent morning bus stop locations and a maximum of two consistent afternoon stop locations per pupil.
The revised TLC forms are available from any school, from the Central Office, 820 Commonwealth Avenue, Hagerstown, and as a download from the school system's Web site at www.wcboe.k12.md.us.
Transportation supervisor Barbara Scotto says, "If parents and guardians do not wish to make any changes to their current transportation arrangement with WCPS, there is no need to fill out the revised form."
