Local Student Wins the National Annual Achievement Award

Club Z! is proud to announce that Caty Hess, a senior at Hancock High School in Washington County, is the winner of the NATIONAL Annual Achievement Award. Her application, submitted by her teacher, Bill Sterner, was selected among applications submitted throughout the United States. She will be presented with a check in the amount of $2,000 at her school on December 18th. The Hancock News will be doing a short feature on Caty, according to the school's principal, Eric Michael.
