Mason Dixon Barbershop Chorus Show

Mason Dixon Barbershop Chorus Show

The Mason Dixon Barbershop Chorus will present its annual fundraiser show "Grandpa's Attic" at Kepler Theater, Hagerstown Community College at 7pm on Saturday, November 15. The theme of the show is an older gentleman (Grandpa) played by popular local actor Dick Hershey, who is packing up to move after many years to a smaller place. Friends, neighbors, and relatives (all played by chorus members) help him. Songs are inspired by Grandpa's memories as the attic is cleared for moving.
The second half of the show will feature the Sweet Adeline's Freedom Valley Chorus directed by Dawne Veet and their quartet "Four of a Kind" as well as the local quartets "Crowning Touch" and "Carousel".
Ticket prices are $12 (19-59 years), $10 (students 13-18 years, and Seniors 60 & up), and $8 (children 3-12 years), and free for children under 3. Tickets can be purchased from any Mason Dixon Chorus member or at the door by calling 301-739-7338 or 717-328-3674.
The Mason Dixon Barbershop Chorus is a non-profit organization making donations from its appearances to local charities.
