You're never too young or too old to follow these guidelines for a lifetime of wellness:
* Good health begins in the womb. To have a healthy baby, pregnant women must follow doctor's orders, avoid drugs, alcohol and tobacco.
* Babies and preschoolers need health and dental exams. Both parents should share in the caring of children.
* Adolescence is the time to learn physical fitness, and responsible habits. What parents do--not what they say--can build a positive attitude.
* As an adult, prolong your peak years with a healthy lifestyle. Get a physical exam to prevent or detect any health problems. Follow a fitness program.
