County Spring Road paving program to begin

Hagerstown, MD (April 3, 2012) - The Washington County Division of Public Works, Engineering and Construction Department has announced the start of the Road Pavement Maintenance and Rehabilitation Program for Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) for the coming months.
Paving applications are set to begin on Monday, April 9, 2012 with a target completion date in the summer.
The proposed paving sites, listed alphabetically, are as follows:
Alpine Drive, Green Mountain Drive, Reiff Church Road, Binkley Avenue, Greenfield Avenue, River Bend Court, Blue Mountain Drive, Grumbacker Lane, Sunrise Drive, Countryside Drive, Hopewell Road, Victory Drive, Dam Number Four Road, Industrial Lane, Village Mill Drive, Distant View Drive, Industry Drive, Eby Lane, Leona Avenue, Edith Avenue, Marsh Pike, Fergusson Lane, Maugans Avenue, Garnette Avenue, and Oliver Drive
Please note that paving sites may change during the project due to weather, asphalt prices, and other variables. While delays should be anticipated and alternate routes considered, all roads will remain open.
