Kaplan University Hagerstown campus celebrates graduation of Chinese Delegates

The graduates were a group of 21 government employees, representing many different departments of the Guangxi Provincial Government, including the departments of transportation, commerce, state administration, human resources and trade. They studied at the Hagerstown campus for nearly four months, and this week they completed the custom-designed study program that prepares them to be subject matter experts in their departments.
