The Christmas Ornaments
Pamela A.H. Edge has written an inspirational tale of a box of discarded Christmas tree ornaments.
In "The Christmas Ornaments" the ornaments are shocked when they find out that shiny, new ones are replacing them. They soon find themselves in a discount rack at the local Humane Society. These adorable ornaments hold tight to faith and hope that they will soon decorate someone's Christmas tree. This heartwarming story captures the true meaning of Christmas.
The beautifully drawn illustrations flow well with the storyline, giving each ornament personality and charm.
Edge came up with the story when deciding what ornaments to place on her Christmas tree one year. She wasn't sure whether she should use a teddy bear ornament her mother had given her...that's when the idea struck. Edge is a 26-year retired elementary school counselor from Florida and has always enjoyed writing. A good Christmas story is good anytime of year.
