Diabetes check-up: How to take care of your diabetes

Hagerstown, MD: The Diabetes Support Group at Walnut Towers will meet on Wednesday, March 14, 2012 at 1:30 p.m. in the 8th floor community room. The program will be "Diabetes check-up: How to take care of your diabetes" presented by Tracy Leach, public health intern with the Washington County Health department.
The Diabetes Support Group is open to individuals who live at Walnut Towers and anyone in the community. They provide a forum for educating individuals with diabetes to help manage their disease and to gain support from others.
