PATT Awards Two $500 Scholarships

Prisoners Against Teen Tragedy (PATT) recently awarded two $500 scholarships to Hagerstown Community College. Case Management Specialist Shawn Bailey, left, and Volunteer Activities Coordinator Robert Cobb, center, of Maryland Correctional Institution-Hagerstown, presented the checks to Guy Altieri, HCC president. PATT is an institutional community outreach and education program by the Maryland Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services designed to educate today's youth about the harsh realities of crime and prison life.
