Washington County DSS "Wordsmiths" Receive Charter from Toastmasters International

The Washington County Department of Social Services recently received charter membership to Toastmasters International. District Governor, Ann Larrow presented certificates to charter members at the October 20th meeting of WCDSS Wordsmiths, the agency Toastmasters chapter.
Toastmasters International is a nonprofit organization that helps people strengthen their public speaking, leadership, and organization skills.
The Washington County Department of Social Services is a field office of the Maryland Department of Human Resources under the direction of Governor Martin O'Malley, Lt. Governor Anthony G. Brown, and Secretary Brenda Donald.
