Driver Safety Program

Driver Safety Program

Sponsored by the Washington County Commission on Aging, AARP is offering area residents a Driver Safety Program on Wednesday, September 17 and Thursday, September 18, 2008 from 9am-1pm at Washington County Commission on Aging, 140 W. Franklin St., 4th floor, Hagerstown and on Saturday, October 25th from 8am-5pm at Halfway Volunteer Fire Company, 11114 Lincoln Ave, Hagerstown.
The cost of the class is $10 per person and checks should be made payable to AARP. If class is canceled, enrollees are notified and registration fees returned or held for the next scheduled class. The class is designed to help drivers improve their skills and prevent traffic accidents. AARP's Drivers Safety Program is approved in every state, and automobile insurance companies in some states provide premium reductions to those who have taken the class. Classes are open to drivers of all ages!
For more information or to register, call Judy Brewer at 301-790-0275, x220.
