Boonsboro's Annual Remembrance Parade

Boonsboro's Annual Remembrance Parade

The parade, being held on Thursday, September 11, 2008 along Boonsboro's Historic Main Street, is being held in memory of the Fire and Rescue Law Enforcement personnel that lost their lives on 9-11. The parade will begin at 7pm. Also honored this year are the men and women in the military who have lost their loved ones and those who are presently serving their country.
This event is sponsored by the First Hose Company of Boonsboro and by the members of Boonsboro Station 6 and Rohrersville Road Sub Station 8.
(Line up of marching units is at 6pm at the Boonsboro School Complex near U.S. Route 40 and Maryland Route 6. The motorized unites will l ine up at 6pm in the parking lot of Weis Market near the intersection of U.S. route 40A and Route 68).
