Party City Celebrates Grand Opening in Hagerstown

Hagerstown, MD.- September 29, 2007 "Party City", America's largest party goods retail chain, celebrated their grand opening of its new store in Hagerstown, MD, on Saturday, September 29.
Party City donated a $500 gift certificate to the Boys and Girls' Club of Washington County. This local Boys and Girls' Club was established in 1941 and has been at the forefront of youth development, working with young people from disadvantaged economic, social, and family circumstances.
