In its May 17th meeting, the Washington County Board of County Commissioners presented Youth Meritorious Awards for the months of April and May 2005. L-R Bryant Wallizer, Hancock High School (April), Adeline Cumpata, E. Russell Hicks Middle School (April), Bobby Brooks, Boonsboro Middle School (May), Thomas Willoughby, Hancock High School (May).
