Shadows and Screams

Bike riders, walkers, and locals to the Williamsport Towpath have reported seeing ghosts reliving a moment in their life--like a reoccurring video recording. This is known as a residual haunting. These hauntings are ghosts that don't interact with our world today. They don't see you, but you can see them. Some witnesses have mentioned a house, somewhere between the main entrance on Route 40 and the entrance to Dam 5, that is haunted. Reports of shadows and screams are most commonly reported.
