Certificate of Merit

The Board of County Commissioners presented a Certificate of Merit to Amy Stahl of the Department of Water Quality on May 13th in recognition of having received the designation as Rookie Water Operator of the Year 2008 from the Maryland Rural Water Association. This is a notable achievement requiring specialized training, adaptation and successful application of learned abilities to successfully perform the job of water operator. The Board of County Commissioners of Washington County, Maryland, offered its congratulations on this distinguished accomplishment.
