Service Honors at Fahrney-Keedy Home & Village: Jenna Hoffman

Jenna Hoffman and Bob Lytle, administrator of Fahrney-Keedy Home & Village. Jenna Hoffman, MDS (Minimum Data Set) coordinator in nursing, received the Customer Service Award. An LPN, she has been at Fahrney-Keedy since 2004.
Melissa Ward, who started as an LPN and was promoted to an LPN team leader position, was named Rookie of the Year. She began work at Fahrney-Keedy on May 31, 2007.
