Speeders Everywhere
Dear Editor,
I just wanted to write and say how disappointed I am in some local businesses, city workers, and some police officers...I live on a small residential street in the city and have sat on my porch and watched speeders zoom by. These aren't just citizens, they are the ones I mentioned above as well. The speed limit is 25! Don't they know what they can do to a child, to an adult, to an animal by speeding? My street is lined with cars on both sides...how do they know a child isn't playing with a ball and will pop out to retrieve it when it bumps out into the street? They don't! The speeding in town has got to end. It is ridiculous! Can you live with hitting a child?

Here We Go Again
Dear Editor,
Ok here we go again. The snow season is upon us...I had trouble last year with my neighbors taking the spot that I spent hours on clearing. I just want to ask that you please think of others and DON'T take the spot YOU didn't clear out! Thank you.
George from Hagerstown
