County Property Tax On-Line Payments

The Washington County Department of Budget and Finance has announced that County Real Estate Property Taxes may be paid online by credit card, beginning July 1st. Visa, Mastercard, and Discover cards will be accepted.
Customers can visit the County website, www.washco-md.net click the link to Tax Inquiries, then click on Real Estate Property Tax inquiry. Customer information should then be entered and current property tax information can be viewed. Click the "Pay Now" icon to pay by credit card.
The link is secure and the Department has been working on the credit card payment system for about 3 months in cooperation with the County Treasurer's Office.
