Commissioners President John Barr honors Legal Secretary Vicki Lumm



Lumm Honored

In the regular meeting of the Washington County Board of County Commissioners on May 22, Legal Secretary Vicki Lumm of the County Attorney's office received a Certificate of Merit for that completing coursework for the Certificate in Paralegal Studies at Hagerstown Community College.
In presenting that certificate, Commissioners' President John Barr praised Lumm for her diligence and hard work involved in completing the course of study.
