Greenbrier State Park's Lake to be Temporarily Lowered

The lake level at Greenbrier State Park in Washington County will be temporarily lowered to perform some necessary maintenance work. The lake will remain open for use; however, the lower lake level will present some challenges for boaters and shoreline fishermen. The maintenance work will be completed by January 15, 2007 and the lake level should return to normal in six to eight weeks, weather permitting.
