County Administrator's Comments
County Administrator Rod Shoop requested a change order for the PenMar Water Contract of 246 thousand dollars less than originally contracted, due to a change in the manner that the water line will be installed. Water Quality Department Director Greg Murray told the Board that the Maryland Department of the Environment had allowed DWQ to install the water line at a depth of 3 feet instead of 4.5 feet, due to location of the sewer lines in the area. The measure was approved by unanimous vote.
