Housing Authority of Washington County announces new officers

The HAWC Board of Commissioners kicked off its new year with its annual election of officers. At its January meeting, the following new officers were unanimously re-elected to continue the work of sustaining HAWC's efforts to develop affordable housing solutions for the residents of Washington County:
Chair: Richard Keesecker, Vice Chair Tracy Salvagno, 2nd Vice Chair Tim O'Rourke, Grievance Officer Tracy Salvagno, Asst Grievance Officer Richard Keesecker, Secretary-Treasurer Richard Willson, and Asst Secretary-Treasurer Tyenna Hart
In addition to the newly elected officers, other HAWC Board members include James Brown, Judith Ferro and Mark Goldsmith. The task of finding housing solutions that "fit" our community requires a rich diversity of experience and expertise, as reflected by the current Board composition. These leaders bring a deep passion and commitment to serve the Washington County community, and HAWC sincerely appreciates their dedication of time and energy.
The Mission of the Housing Authority of Washington County is to provide decent, safe, affordable housing solutions that strengthen our community by focusing on local needs. HAWC looks forward to the opportunity of continuing to provide its signature "non-subsidized" RTO (Rent-to-Own) program as well as its rental assistance programs in the year to come. Further information about HAWC can be found at www.hawcmd.org or www.facebook.com/hawcmd.org.
