Discourage starlings and crows from roosting
J.C. Ehrlich has been contracted to spray trees in the public right-of-way in the City Center area to discourage starlings and crows from roosting.
*Due to publication of this newspaper, the company has already sprayed January 3 and 5. Weather permitting, additional sprayings will occur from 5pm until 10pm on January 10, Wednesday, January 12, and Monday, January 17 in the following areas:
* Franklin Street from Potomac St. to Jonathan St.
* Jonathan St. from Franklin St. to Bethel St.
* South Potomac St. from Public Square to Antietam St.
* Franklin St. from Locust St. to Potomac St.
* North Potomac St. from Franklin St. to Church St.
The City will only spray trees that are in the public right-of-way.
