"Living with Alzheimer's" Presentation

"Living with Alzheimer's" Presentation

The Alzheimer's Association and Washington Square United Methodist Church is pleased to present "Living with Alzheimer's," a community education program on Tuesday, June 25 at 7 p.m. The program will be held at Washington Square United Methodist Church at 538 Washington Square in Hagerstown.
Ms. Cathy Hanson, LGSW and program coordinator at the Alzheimer's Association will share information about Alzheimer's disease, along with tips and strategies for families living with the disease. Participants will learn about the warning signs of memory disorders, caregiving skills, and the types of respite & community support available.
The program is offered at no charge and open to anyone with concerns about memory loss. To RSVP, please call Rev. Jerry Lowans at 301-739-2653.
The Alzheimer's Association offers 24/7 Helpline for people with questions about the disease and support groups for family members struggling with caring for someone.
