Maugans Avenue Waffle House Celebrates 10th Anniversary

(Hagerstown, MD)- The very first Waffle House restaurant to open in the State of Maryland is celebrating a special anniversary.
The Maugans Avenue Waffle House will celebrate its 10th anniversary on November 17th. In honor of the anniversary and other customer awareness events, the Waffle House is announcing special Customer Appreciation Days now until November 17.
"We will be offering a variety of events during our customer appreciation days," said franchise owner Darrell Fowler.
The Waffle House kicked off its anniversary celebration on November 8 with a customer awareness event. The franchise presented a check to Breast Cancer Awareness - Cumberland Valley, Inc. (BCA-CV). BCA-CV is a non-profit agency serving the tri-state area by offering early detection programs for women and support for breast cancer patients.
During Customer Appreciation Days, waffles will be featured for just 99 cents at the Maugans Avenue Waffle House.
"Waffles are our most popular item on the menu," said Fowler, "and this is our way of rewarding our loyal customers, as well as bringing in some new ones."
Also during Customer Appreciation Days, the Waffle House will celebrate the end of the county road construction project on Maugans Avenue.
