Rockland Woods students compete in Math Ace Tournament
Rockland Woods recently held its annual Math Ace Tournament. Math Ace is a program on the Palm Pilot where students must answer as many math facts as they can in a 2-minute time period. Students practiced for 6 weeks prior to the competition and then all students in grades 3-5 competed to determine a class winner. The class winners went on to the final competition where a grade level math ace was crowned. The grade level winners are featured in the top row and they are for grade 5 Adam Bukhari, grade 4 Ryan Barnett, and grade 3 David Butts.
