Preparations Underway for LuHowl '09

Hagerstown, MD: Preparations for the 5th annual LuHowl to be held on Saturday, June 13th are underway. The Hawaiian themed fundraiser will once again be held at the home of prominent Washington County residents Don and Jone Bowman and will benefit the Humane Society of Washington County's (HSWC) spay and neuter programs.
"The Bowmans are extremely gracious to open their home to the LuHowl guests," said Paul Miller, Executive Director of the HSWC. He added, "Last year we had the largest attendance to date and we hope to surpass that this year." The event will feature a catered meal from the Black Eyed Susan, beverages from Wantz Distributing Company tremendous silent auction and raffle prize and music by DJ Mike.
Sponsoring this year's LuHowl are Annapaca Farm/The Alpaca Shop LLC, Callas Contractors, Inc, CertainTeed Corporation, Hagerstown Trust, the Law Offices of Michael G. Day & Associates, Poole & Kane, P.A., Susquehanna Bank, Valley Pet Crematory Cemetery, Howard Bowen, Todd and Tracey Bowman and Eleanor and Angus Lakin.
